WILSON -- Carolyn Calhoun Ellison, 81, died Saturday morning at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield. Born Sept. 2, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Hubert Earl Calhoun and Loreen Dabbs Calhoun.
Funeral services will be conducted at Farmington Heights Church in Wilson at 7 p.m. Monday, with the Rev. LaVon Phillips officiating. The committal service will be in Princeton Cemetery on Tuesday at 11 a.m.
She is survived by her husband, Harold T. Ellison, a son and two daughters.
The family will receive friends Monday from 5 until 7 p.m. at Farmington Heights Church in Wilson and immediately after the funeral service.
