Eleanor Whitten Brubeck, 98, of Mount Olive, died Thursday afternoon, Nov. 20, at her home.
She is survived by her daughter, Ellen Brubeck Brogden.
Graveside services will be held Monday, Nov. 24, in Beckley, W.Va.
Ellen and Ray Brogden and their family will receive friends at the residence, 212 West Main St., Mount Olive, on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 2 to 5 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, it was Mrs. Brubeck's wish that memorials be made to First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 420, Mount Olive, NC 28365.
Funeral arrangements are by Tyndall Funeral Home.
