Bobby Rashad Davis, 35, 128 Church St., Wendell, died Wednesday in Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
Funeral will be Monday at noon at Lea Funeral Home in Raleigh.
He was born Aug. 1, 1979, to Johnny and Susan Davis in Wake County.
He is survived by a daughter.
Visitation Monday an hour prior to the service at Lea Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the home.
Arrangements are by Haskins Funeral Home.
