Elder Alvin Earl Mitchell, 64, 1165 Dover Road, Cove City, died Tuesday at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at North West A Free Will Baptist Conference Tabernacle Trention. Burial will be in Piney Grove Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
Viewing will be noon to 4 at the funeral home with visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mount Mariah Missionary Baptist Church and an hour prior to the service at the church.
Arrangements are by Christian Brothers Funeral Home of Kinston.
