Kathleen Anne "Kathy" House, Pikeville, passed away peacefully at home Sept. 4, 2014, at the age of 66.
Kathy was a talented artist, and one of her works was the first ever to garner both Best of Show and
People's Choice at a juried exhibition at the Goldsboro Arts Council in 2009.
A private graveside service for the family will be held at House Family Cemetery near the home.
Kathy is survived by her daughter, Ellyn Ross of London, England, and her husband, Richard House, MD, of Goldsboro.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given in Kathy's memory to the Arts Council of Wayne County, 102 N. John St., Goldsboro, N.C., 27530.
