Mr. Mack W. Artis died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A memorial service will be held Friday, July 18, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 600 11th St., Goldsboro, with brother James Thompson officiating.
The Artis family will receive family and friends Wednesday, July 16, 2014, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel, 423 S. James St.; all other times the family will receive friends at 607 Sherard Court, Goldsboro.
Mr. Artis is survived by two children, Maxine Freeman of Winston-Salem, N.C., and Earl Artis of Goldsboro; three grandchildren; three sisters; a brother; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Services entrusted to Hamilton Funeral Chapel.
