A memorial service celebrating Beverly's life will be held Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at 6 p.m. at Walker Memorial Church, with the Rev. Sherman Guthrie officiating. Walker Memorial Church is located at 2862 N.C. 111 South, Seven Springs, N.C., 28578.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Tavita Reed, and a brother, Richard Reed.
She is survived by her daughter, Deanie Hardison and husband, John; her son, Dean Gilbert; and three grandchildren.
Beverly is also survived by her brothers, Ray Reed and wife, Brenda, Gary Reed, Mike Reed and Mark Reed and wife, Rita, and sisters, Dorothy Gomez and husband, Sam, and Judy Lewis and husband, Steve.,

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Walker Memorial Church Building Fund.
