SYBIL L. KEESEE

Sybil Landrum Keesee, 84, passed away Thursday evening at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Sybil was born in Halifax County, Va., June 21, 1929, to the late Charles C. Landrum and Estelle Moore Landrum. She was married to the late Earl Kenneth Keesee.
Sybil was a member of Jefferson United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013, in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with the Rev. Alice Davis officiating.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Interment will be Monday, Dec. 16, 2013, at 11 a.m. in Willow Dale Cemetery.
Sybil is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Gloria Keesee of Goldsboro, and her grandchildren, Kenneth David Keesee Jr. and wife, Courtney, and Ashley Jean Keesee Warren and husband, Greg.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Vernell Mann, and her brother, Marvin "Sonny" Landrum.
Memorials may be made in her memory to Jefferson United Methodist Church, 1100 N. Jefferson Ave., Goldsboro, N.C., 27530.
