Jerry "Flukie" Lewis, 58, 507 E. Elm St., died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Pentecostal United Holy Church. Burial will be in Willowdale Cemetery.
He was born Feb. 25, 1955, in Wayne County to Hazel Lewis.
Visitation will be Thursday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home.
The family will also receive friends will be at the church Friday from noon to 1 p.m., and at other times will be at the home, where it will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
