KENLY -- Joan West Nixon, 71, died at the Brian Center in Wilson Monday.
Funeral will be 7 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel of Minshew-Coley Funeral Home, with pastor George Arant officiating. Burial will be in Kenly Cemetery at 10 a.m. Thursday.
Born in Wilson, she was the daughter of Eva Mae Atkinson and the late Charlie Frank West.
She is survived by two sons.
Visitation will follow the service Wednesday.
