Edward Harry Short Jr., 68, died on Thursday, June 13, 2013. He was born on Aug. 15, 1944, to the late Grace Elizabeth (Warrick) Short and Edward Harry Short Sr.
Ed graduated from Francis C. Hammond High School in Alexandria, Va., Class of 1963, after which he went to trade school and became a master electrician.
He is survived by two sons.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with the Rev. Harold Anderson officiating. Burial will be at Wayne Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday in the hour prior to the service.
