HIGHLAND SPRINGS, Va. -- Verlestine L. Williams Holmes, 71, Highland Springs, Va., passed away June 11, 2013, at Virginia Commonweath University Medical Center Hospital in Richmond, Va.
She was formerly of Warsaw, N.C.
The funeral will be Wednesday at Fifth Street Baptist Church in Richmond, Va. Watkins Funeral Home in Richmond, Va., is handling the burial.
She is survived by two sisters, Janice Williams Moore of Warsaw, N.C., and Janet Williams Jones of Dudley, N.C., and a brother, Jimmy Williams of Hamilton, Va.
