Contonna Lavern Worrells, 41, 1731 A Holly St., died Thursday at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Eastern Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
She was born Oct. 5, 1971, in Wayne County to Mary Virginia Worrells.
She is survived by two children.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 to 6 p.m. in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
