CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Patricia Ann Tyner, 72, Charleston, S.C., wife of Harold Ray Tyner, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at Mission Hospital in Asheville, N.C.
Friends and family may call at James A. Dyal Funeral Home today, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 27, 2013, at 11 a.m. at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park, 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, S.C.
Patricia was born April 17, 1941, in Smithfield, N.C., daughter of the late James Daniel Carter and Lillie Naomi Smith Carter.
Patricia was vice president of Harold Tyner Development Corp. and a member of Christ the King Assembly in Mount Pleasant, S.C.
She was a loving wife and mother, and her faith in Christ was apparent to all who knew and loved her.
Surviving in addition to her husband Harold are three children, Thomas Tyner (Jennifer) of Summerville, S.C., Lynn Mitchum (Mike) of Goose Creek, S.C., and Kenneth Tyner of Nebo, N.C.; seven grandchildren, Adam Tyner, Nichole Tyner, Christian Tyner, Sarah Ault (Martin), Melissa Tyner, David "Mike" Mitchum Jr. (Amanda) and Nichoel Young (Robert); five great-grandchildren, Aidan Ault, Zeulen Ault, David Mitchum III, D'mitri Young and Justin Carlisle; and a brother, Linwood Earl Carter of North Charleston, S.C.
