NASHVILLE -- Charles Roxy Ballance, 51, died at Universal Healthcare Nursing Facility Thursday.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehab Center in Benson.
Born in Germany, he was the son of the late Jackie Wayne Balance and the late Anna Elizabeth Bohn Ballance.
Arrangements are by Minshew-Coley Funeral Home in Kenly.
