ROBERT GENE WAGNER

Robert Gene Wagner, 68, died Thursday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Born in West Virginia, he was the son of the late George and Margurite Wagner, and the husband of Mary E. Wagner.
Coming from Pennsylvania, Robert had resided in Goldsboro since 1971, and was a Vietnam veteran, having served in the United States Air Force.
He had been employed with Transformer Salvage of Dudley, N.C.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother, William "Bill" Wagner of Clayton, N.C.
