KINSTON -- Pastor Archie Wayne Ratliff, 63, died Monday at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
Funeral will be Thursday at 7 p.m. at Bethel Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Kinston.
He was born Nov. 29, 1949, in Sneedville, Tenn., to the late John and Lucille Elliott Ratliff. He was married to Portia.
He is survived by three daughters.
Beginning today at 4 p.m., he will lie in state at Bethel Free Will Baptist Church, with the family present from 6 to 8 and Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m.
