Annette Michelle Fells, 46, died Thursday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A private service will be held.
She is survived by her mother, Ann Marie Butler, of Arizona and three children.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Waite.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
