LaGRANGE -- Barbara Council Howington, 75, of LaGrange, died Friday.
A memorial service will be held today at 3 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home.
She was born in Wake County to the late Otis Carlyle Council and Vada Weathers Johnson. She was the wife of the late Ellis Ray Howington and is survived by five children.
Visitation will follow the memorial service.
