LAGRANGE-- Robert McGee Barbour, 64, passed away Monday, July 2, 2012, at his home.
Robert was born in Wake County May 28, 1948, to the late James Willie Barbour and Violet Louise Cole Barbour.
He was a retired truck driver.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012, at Eureka Cemetery in Eureka, with Maj. James McCurdy officiating.
The family greeted friends immediately following the service.
Robert is survived by his brother, J. Larry Barbour and wife, Ramona, of LaGrange; his sisters, Billie Jean Waller of Gaffney, S.C., and Nancy Sue McCurdy and husband, James, of Texas; and his son, Robbie Barbour of Raleigh.
