Alice Carlotti Edgerton, 41, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Alice was born in Las Vegas, Nev., April 27, 1971, to Peter and Mary Lou M. Carlotti of the Rosewood community.
She was a graduate of New Hanover High School, and was a member of New Hope Friends Church.
Alice had worked as the assistant manager of Wendy's.
A service of remembrance will be held Friday, June 29, 2012, at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with Bill Garner officiating.
The family will greet friends Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
In addition to her parents, Alice is survived by her son, Travis Edgerton; her sister, Maria Singleton and husband, Jason, of Goldsboro; her maternal grandmother, Louise Meeker; her niece and nephew, Hayley and Jacob Singleton; and many other extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Peter Carlotti Sr. and Margaret S. Carlotti and Kenneth William Meeker, and her uncle, Jerry Meeker.
