WALDORF, Md. -- Oreta Britt Stinson, 53, formerly of Goldsboro, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012, surrounded by her loved ones.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at noon, at South Potomac Church, 4915 Crain Hwy., White Plains, Md., with the Rev. Dr. Florida T. Morehead officiating. Interment will be held at Trinity Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum in Waldorf, Md.
Oreta leaves to cherish her precious memories her loving husband of 31 years, Mr. Frankie L. Stinson; her daughter, Ms. Sydney Stinson, and her son, Mr. Frankie Spyder Stinson; her parents, Mr. John "Tom" R. Britt (Melody) and Mrs. Arlena L. Miller (William); her sisters, Mrs. Thomasina Hazel (Darnell), Mrs. Lola Scott (Ronald), and Mrs. Alicia Pierce (James); with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society in honor of Mrs. Oreta Britt Stinson.
