ROSE HILL -- Charitha Matthews, 57, of Raleigh, formerly of Rose Hill (Greenevers Community), died Tuesday at home.
Funeral services were held Saturday at New Christian Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 2283 S NC 11 Hwy. at 3 p.m. with the Rev. William Smith officiating. Burial followed at the church cemetery.
She is survived three daughters.
A visitation of family and friends was held Friday from 6 until 7 p.m., at the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road, Rose Hill.
