ROBBIE F. KORNEGAY
Robbie Faye Kornegay, 74, of 4283 Hwy. 111 North, Albertson, N.C. passed away surrounded by her loving family Tuesday evening in the Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
She was the widow of Vonell Kornegay.
Her life will be celebrated Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Bethany FWB Church, 4048 Hwy. 903 in the Albertson Community. The Rev. Aaron Jarman Sr. will officiate. Her mortal remains will be laid to rest in the Oak Ridge Memorial Park in Pink Hill, N.C.
Loving memories are cherished by her children, Lisa Faye Kornegay, Glenndell Kornegay and David Kornegay, all of the home; Christopher Kornegay of Albertson; four sisters and one brother; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. with the family present to receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Haskins Funeral Home, 601 E. Ash St., Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at the residence at other times and will assemble there in preparation for the funeral procession.
