WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Dorothy B. Simmons, 81, Washington, D.C., formerly of Goldsboro, passed Jan. 3, 2012.
Her husband, Joseph Simmons Jr. preceded her in death.
She is survived by three daughters, Deborah, Shadonna and Lynette.
Funeral services will be held Jan. 14, 2012, at Pilgrim Baptist Church.
