FAYETTEVILLE -- Louie Britton "L.B." Hooks Jr., 85, died Friday at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. today at the chapel of Minshew-Coley Funeral Home in Kenly. The Rev. Jerry Andrews and the Rev. Alton Childers will officiate.
Graveside services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park in Goldsboro.
Born in Wilson County, he was a son of the late Louie Britton and Effie Hayes Hooks.
He is survived by his wife, Irene Kirby Hooks and four children.
The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
