U.S. Army Specialist Austin Hunter Monk, 22, died Oct. 5, 2011.
Funeral services will be held Monday at noon at the Division Chapel, Fort Bragg, N.C. with full military honors. Viewing will be held beginning at 11 a.m. at the Division Chapel.
Austin is survived by his wife, Laura, and parents, Steve and Dotty Powers from Silverton, Texas.
Services are being handled by Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
