MOUNT OLIVE -- Betty Tederick Lane, 86, passed away early Wednesday morning at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
She was a retired bookkeeper with Firestone, and was a member of Salem Advent Christian Church.
Funeral services, officiated by Chaplain Paula Griffin, will be held Friday, at 11 a.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park.
Mrs. Lane is survived by two sons, Jeffrey L. Lane of Mount Olive and Gary Edward Lane of Laurel, Md.; a daughter, Judy M. Denardo of Maryland; a sister, Margaret Ann Beasley of West Virginia.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
A native of West Virginia , she was the daughter of the late Roy and Margaret Tederick, sister of the late Roy Tederick Jr. and Doris Brown and widow of Landis Gary Lane.
