CLINTON -- The Rev. Albert Odell Howard, 82, of 134 Darkwood Lane died Wednesday at Sampson Regional Medical Center.
Homegoing service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at KEMBA Headquarters, 860 N. Pine St., Warsaw, with the Rev. James A. Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Clinton.
Born in Sampson County, he is the son of the late Lewis and Hattie Howard.
He is survived by his wife, Essie Boone Howard, and six children.
An inspirational wake will be held Monday from 4 until 6 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. The family will be present from 5 until 6 p.m. to receive friends.
