Miss Amy Deann Hatchcock, 23, 807 Paul St. in Goldsboro, died Friday, May 13, 2011.

Her funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2011, at Friendly Chapel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Michael Gilstrap and the Rev. Jeff Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The body will lie in state for one hour prior to the service. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2011, at Warlick Funeral Home.

Miss Hatchcock was born May 28, 1987, in Mecklenburg County to Debbie Winkler Hatchcock and Hank Hatchcock.

She was a pharmacy technician for Target in Wilson, N.C.

We were truly blessed to have had a sweet angel like Amy, who was a true testament to living every day of life to its fullest.

She is survived by her mother, Debbie Hatchcock of Maiden; her father, Hank Hatchcock of Bessemer City; two sisters, Traci Hatchcock of Maiden and Marsha Bradburn and husband, Bart, of Charlotte; nephew, Jaxon Bradburn; companion, Rachel Bell of Goldsboro; grandparents, Bobby and Ruth Walters of Maiden; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, 801 Roeder Road, Suite 1000, Silver Spring, Md., 20910, or Donate Life North Carolina, 3900 Westpoint Blvd., Suite F, Winston-Salem, N.C., 27103.

Warlick Funeral Home is serving the Hatchcock family.
