Audrina Kay Duke, 2 weeks old, died Thursday at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill.
Funeral will be 7 p.m. Thursday at Fremont Missionary Baptist Church, with visitation afterward.
She was born April 21, 2011, to Charles Brandon Duke and Ashley Owens.
Arrangements are by Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont.
