SHELBY BEST DRIVER

FAISON -- Shelby Best Driver, 74, died Saturday at her home.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw. A visitation will follow the service.
Mrs. Driver was born April 4, 1937, in Duplin County to the late Benjamin Franklin Best and Vina Mae McArthur Best.
Mrs. Driver is survived by daughters, Linda Strickland and husband, Kirby, of Warsaw, Connie Herring and husband, Wayne, of Warsaw and Carolin Castaneda and husband, Eric, of Newton Grove; son, Donnie Hardison and wife, Melissa, of Mount Olive; brothers, Billy Best of Warsaw, Danny Best of Faison and Jerry Best of Richmond, Va.; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Driver was preceded in death by her husband, David I. Driver; sons, Johnny Hardison and David "Bubba" Driver; brothers, Joyce Best, Jesse Best; sisters, Marlene Starnes and Clara Belle Ray.
