Carol Sue Spurlock Sykes, 62, died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
No formal services will be held.
She was born in Nicholas County, W. Va., Dec. 1, 1948, to the late Ernest C. Spurlock and AnnaBelle Rhodes Spurlock. She was married to Glen Sykes Jr.
Arrangements are by Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
