Clarence Monroe, 85, of 1734-A Maple St., Goldsboro, died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Graveside services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Old Mill Cemetery with Military Rites. A viewing will be today from 3 until 7 p.m. at E.M. Matthews Funeral Home and Cremations, Inc.
He was born in Robeson County.
He is survived by three children.
The family will receive friends at the residence, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
