Katie Belle Warrick Crawford, 98, passed away Monday at Britthaven Nursing Home surrounded by her family.
Katie was born in Wayne County to the late Dr. Henry Warrick and Laura Mitchell Warrick. She was married to the late Jesse Crawford.
Katie was a member of Adamsville Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:15 to 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, with a service celebrating her life at 2 p.m. in the chapel, with the Rev. Todd Wiggins officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Methodist Church Cemetery.
Katie is survived by her son, the Rev. David Crawford and wife, Evelyn, of Goldsboro; her grandchildren, Ronald Crawford and wife, Bobbi Ann, Barry Crawford and wife, Jill, Debra Beasley and husband, Shayne, and Donna Wilson; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
