ANNA BASS EDMUNDSON

Anna Bass Edmundson, 69, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2010, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Anna was born in Sampson County Oct. 15, 1940, to the late Clyde Omax Bass and Esther McLamb Bass. She was married to Jimmy S. Edmundson.
Anna attended Adamsville Baptist Church.
She retired as a human resource officer at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base with 32 years of service.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2010, at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with the Rev. Todd Wiggins officiating. The interment will be Thursday, Aug. 12, 2010, at 10 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
Anna is survived by her husband, Jimmy Seth Edmundson of the home; her daughter, Charlotte Edmundson Price and son-in-law, Thomas L. Price Jr. of Farmville, N.C.; her son, Phillip Lee Edmundson and daughter-in-law, Kristen Walley Edmundson, of Currituck County; and her four grandchildren, Thomas Lee Price III, Savannah Lea Price, Seth Allen Edmundson and Sarah Elizabeth Edmundson.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to Adamsville Baptist Church at 1302 N. Berkeley Blvd., Goldsboro, N.C., 27534.
The family will receive friends after the service at Seymour Funeral Home, and at other times at 1827 Old Grantham Road, Goldsboro.
