WARSAW -- Funeral for Mildred Willoughby, 81, 1284 N.C. 24 and 50, who died Thursday at Sampson Regional Medical Center, will be Sunday at KEMBA Headquarters in Warsaw, with the Rev. Navarro Brown officiating. Burial will be in Devotional Gardens.
She was born Sept. 4, 1928, in Darlington, S.C.
Visitation will be Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. in Rhodes Funeral Home chapel.
