DUDLEY -- Georgia Mae Butler, 77, 3375 U.S. 117 south alternate, entered the silent halls of death Saturday afternoon at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She will be funeralized Sunday at 2 p.m. at Goshen Disciples Church, with Dr. David N. Atkinson officiating. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park.
She leaves to mourn her her siblings, the Rev. Annie Nixon of the home; elder Alden Glaspie of Faison, Bobby Glaspie of Dudley and Edna McKinney of Faison.
Visitation will be Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at the residence, where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
