MILDRED M. CRAWFORD

Mildred Moore Crawford, 81, went to be with the Lord Thursday at Duke Medical Center.
A service to celebrate the life of Mildred will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Rosewood Worship Center, with pastor Lynn Epps officiating. Family members will greet friends from 2 to 3 p.m. at the church and will remain after the service to fellowship in the church fellowship hall.
The Wilson County native was the daughter of the late Leon G. and Etta Goff Moore.
Married in 1945, she was the wife of the late James H. Crawford.
She was the proud mother of one daughter, Carol and Bobby Holland of Goldsboro; two sons, Tommy and Susan Crawford of Surf City Jimmy and Sheila Crawford of District Heights, Md.; two grandsons, Charles Visnosky of the United States Navy, Lindsey "Duffy" Holland of Goldsboro; one granddaughter, Katie Kirby of Goldsboro; and one great-granddaughter.
She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Steven Visnosky.
