Sallie Betty Denning, 87, died Tuesday at Fremont Rest Center.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Wayne Memorial Park, with pastor Jimmy Whitfield officiating.
Born in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late James Marion and Cassie Sutton Denning.
Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
