Lillian Rachel Forehand Jackson, 91, died Monday evening at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Burial will be held privately.
Mrs. Jackson was born in Wayne County Aug. 15, 1918, to the late James Bryant Forehand and Effie Bowden Forehand.
She was the wife of the late William Jackson.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
