Marvine Hutchings Stanley, 72, 353 Providence Church Road, died Saturday evening at her home.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Richard Toler officiating. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park.
Born in Sparta, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Malcolm and Nancy Steele Hutchings and wife of the late Bobby Stanley.
Mrs. Stanley is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Hugh L. and Ann LaFever of Sparta, Tenn.; two daughters and a son-in-law, JoAnn and Donald Mozingo of Goldsboro and Sherrie L. LaFever of Goldsboro; one brother and sister-in-law, Harold Eugene and Betty Hutchings of Sparta, Tenn.; 11 grandchildren, Carrie Guy, Derek LaFever, Tasha Carter, Ronnie Ginn Jr., Johnathon Newsome, Joseph Newsome, Joshua Newsome, Sharon Edwards, Ricky Mozingo, Jeffrey Mozingo and Ray Mozingo; one nephew, Michael Kinnard; and two nieces, Patty Day and Lori Livesay.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
