MARGARET J. RACKLEY

Margaret Jennette Rackley, 91, 478 Sandhill Drive, died Tuesday at her home.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 7 p.m. at Providence United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Vernon Brown officiating. A graveside service will held Saturday at 11 a.m. in Providence United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Born in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Evander and Lola Best Jennette.
A member of Providence United Methodist Church, she was the retired secretary of R&H Oil Co.
Mrs. Rackley is survived by her husband of 72 years, Edgar Earl Rackley; her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Rivers and Donald Jones of Goldsboro; five grandchildren, William "Buck" Rackley (Heather), Eagan Rackley (Katie), Cleve Jones (Angelia), Steve Jones (Wendy) and Kevin Jones (Rachel); and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, William Earl Rackley, and her granddaughter, Robin Jennette Rackley.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service Friday evening at the church.
