Reginald Dean Hicks, 57, of Washington, D.C., formerly of Goldsboro, died Tuesday in Washington, D.C.
Graveside services will be held Friday at the Veterans Cemetery in Washing-ton, D.C.
He was the son of the late Lula Mae Hicks.
Among his survivors are a daughter, Regina Hicks of Durham; his siblings, Pamela (Joseph) Johnson of Goldsboro, Sonya (Kenneth) Rowe of Raeford, Lisa Williams of Goldsboro, Melanie (Ben) Cox of Williamston and Darrell "Pete" Hicks of Goldsboro; and a host of other relatives and friends.
There will be a memorial book signing Wednesday from 3 to 6 p.m. with the family present to receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. at the McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, Goldsboro.
