Evangelist Brenda Vick, 57 602 N. Claiborne St., departed her earthly sojourn Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Her life and ministry will be celebrated Sunday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of McIntyre Funeral Home. She will laid to rest in Elmwood Cemetery.
Among her survivors are her husband, Ricky Vick, a son, Keith Peten, of Goldsboro, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries. The family will assemble at the funeral home Sunday at 1:50 p.m. in preparation for the funeral service.
