EDDIE R. FAIL

KENLY -- Eddie Robertson Fail, 67, passed away Tuesday at Wilson Medical Center.
The family will receive friends today from 2 to 3 at Seymour Funeral Home followed by a funeral service at 3 in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with the Rev. Kelly Buffaloe and the Rev. Lewis Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Hastings Cemetery.
Eddie was born in Wayne County on May 14, 1941, to Zillia Mae Holloman Fail of Goldsboro and the late Needham Hardy Fail. He retired from construction.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Pearlie Johnson Fail; his daughter, Phyllis Fail Godwin and husband, Roy, of Selma; and his brother, Earl Fail and wife, Foy Mae, of Goldsboro.
Arrangements are being handled by Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
