Edward Earl Davis Sr. died Tuesday at home.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
He was born on April 2, 1949, in Lenoir County.
He leaves to cherish six children and was preceded in death by his mother, Liza Ann Davis.
A viewing will be held Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home in Goldsboro. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the residence, 2701 E. Billy Frances Drive in Goldsboro.
Arrangements are being handled by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
