RALEIGH -- Thomas Graham Adams Jr., 45, died Friday at his home.
A private service for the family will be held at a later date.
Thomas was born in Williamsburg, Va., on Nov. 29, 1963.
He is survived by his mother, Jeannette B. Hoock.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas G. Hoock.
Arrangements are being handled by Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Goldsboro.
