COLFAX -- Philip Dillon Lean passed away Friday.
A private memorial service will be held.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his parents, Dr. Ron Lean and Diane Dillon; brothers, James and William; Uncle Nick and cousins Stacey and Brandon Lean of Fayetteville; and Uncle Larry and Aunt Linda Rose and cousins Nathan and Katherine Lean of Goldsboro. All of our hearts are broken.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in Philip's memory to Horsepower Therapeutic Learning Center, 8001 Leabourne Road, Colfax, N.C., 27235. Phil loved Horsepower for all it did to make a difference in the lives of others.
