KERNERSVILLE -- Dorothy Berry Wright, 78, formerly of Goldsboro, passed away Wednesday morning at her home in Kernersville.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with the Rev. Todd Wiggins officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Dorothy was born in Bristle, Tenn. on May 27, 1930, to the late William Berry and Virginia Hickman Berry. She was married to the late J.D. Wright.
Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Leighann W. Kattner and husband, Mark, of Kernersville and Kathie W. Byrom of Kernersville; her son, the Rev. John Michael Wright and wife, Denise, of Goldsboro; five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
